Meet Our Team

John Mathis

Executive Producer

John Mathis is a seasoned executive producer and creative leader with over two decades of experience in live event production, television, and corporate media. As Owner and Executive Producer of Rocketmail Productions, Inc., John has produced and managed large-scale corporate events for audiences ranging from 200 to 6,000 attendees, as well as national television and video campaigns for major brands including Cencora, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Rent-A-Center, and RealPage. His expertise spans budget management for projects from $200,000 to $4 million, talent negotiations—including celebrity talent—and overseeing all aspects of production from concept to completion.  

Previously, John served as Senior Vice President of Production at Ansira Partners, LLC, where he managed high-profile production campaigns for brands such as Rent-A-Center, Jaguar Motor Cars, Applebee’s, Domino’s, and Baskin-Robbins. His leadership included supervising post-production teams, managing creative staff, and negotiating contracts with celebrity talent including John Madden, Jay Leno, Troy Aikman, Magic Johnson, and Hulk Hogan.  

As President and Executive Producer at Moving Pictures Editorial, Inc., he oversaw national advertising campaigns for household names like Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Pizza Hut, and Gatorade, managing complex post-production workflows and creative teams.

A graduate of Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science in Radio/TV/Film and Broadcast Journalism, John combines creative vision with operational excellence to deliver impactful media experiences for global brands.

Adam Kaiser

Producer

Adam Kaiser has had his hands in almost all aspects of broadcast commercial productions over the last 20 years.  Alongside production having worked from the client, agency and post production side has given him a comprehensive and unique understanding of all the stakeholders needs when coming together to create something new and meaningful. As a producer, Adam has honed these viewpoints to quickly assess each project and has garnered a communication style that leaves everyone happy with the end product.  Knowing the importance of bringing so many viewpoints together to accomplish a singular goal he is able to figure out how to prioritize the projects resources to efficiently deliver on time and on budget 100% of the time.  Because of his care and personal interest in each project working with him feels more like a friendship than a working relationship.  He truly takes the time to understand the wants and needs of each individual.  

In-between shoots you can find him working as a chauffeur for his 3 lovely children and supporting his beautiful wife. If you catch him early enough it will only be on long walks with his dog Cleaver and finishing up with a cold plunge and sauna.

Tina Trivan

Producer

Tina Trivan is an energetic and solutions-driven Production Executive with extensive experience leading operations, production and post-production, creative development, budgeting, and cross-functional teams. A performance-focused leader, she excels at guiding talent, optimizing workflows, solving complex operational challenges, and delivering high-impact content across broadcast, digital, streaming, social, and live-event platforms. Tina is known for managing multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously, building strong client and vendor relationships, and elevating the quality and efficiency of every project she leads.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Telecommunications/ Film & Video Production and a Minor in Theatre, Tina began her career at Northwest Teleproductions in Chicago, quickly advancing from post-production to the production side of the company. She went on to produce retail and trade-support advertising for brands including Oscar Mayer, Sears, and BusinessWeek magazine with A. Eicoff & Co., a division of Ogilvy & Mather.

Following her passion for storytelling, Tina moved to Los Angeles and expanded her experience across production companies, agencies, networks, and studios. Her work spans integrated branded content, on-air promotion, commercials, animation, scripted and unscripted series, digital/social media, music performances, music videos, live events, and post-production. Notable credits include production management for Marvel Studios’ “One-Shot” short films Item 47 and Agent Carter, post-production on NBC’s The Profiler, and trailer/AV marketing for Creative Domain and Trailer Park.
